Here I show you how to make a Green Smoke effect like
the one above
01:
Start by opening a new document I did 600x600 pixels.
02:
Make a new layer, press D to reset the color palet,
then click Filter>Render>Clouds.
03: Click
Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges, and you shoud have
something like this.
04:
Press CTRL+U (or Option+U on mac) for Hue/Saturation
and apply these settings.
05:
Click Image>Ajustment>Bright/Contrast.
06:
And
you should have something like this.
