00: Learn to make the Crome Text effect seen here

01: Start by opening a new document I did 500x350 pixels

02: Make the background white for now.

03: Type in your tekst.

04: Click effects>Bevel and Emboss and apply these settings

05: Click effects>Gradient Overlay and apply these settings

06: Click effects>stroke and apply these settings.

07: And thats it really, you should have something like this,
