00: Here I show you how to make the Transformers logo

01: Start by opening a new document in 730x180 pixels.

02: Then download the Transformers Font here. Install it in your fonts in C:\WINDOWS\FONTS or where ever your operating system is located with the fonts folder.

03: Fill the background with this color #333366. Make a new layer and use the type tool to type :"TRANS" to begin with I did font size 100. Color on the text doesn't matter, I did black since its easier to see.

04: In the Layer Styles apply these settings.

05: you should have something like this now:

06: Make a new layer type formers. Then right click the Trans layer and copy Layer Styles. Right click the Formers layer and paste layer styles.

07: Arrange the 2 text layers so they look like they did in the cartoons/comics.

08: Now add their logo, which you can download here as PNG file.

09: Apply the same gradient overlay as the text layers but apply this bevel and emboss to the logo

10: And we are done, you can now add regular text like this if you want, below is my work and the original from some comic book.
