PHOTOSHOP>Sphere

00: In this tutorial I will show you how to make the sphere above.

01: Start by opening a new document I did 400x400 pixels

02: Make the background Black.

03: Click Filter>Render>Lens Flare and apply these settings.

04: Click Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates and apply these settings..

05: Click Image>Rotate Canvas>180 degrees.

06: Click Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates and apply these settings..

07: Click Image>Canvas Size and change it to 700pixels x 700 pixels. Like this.

08: Use the Eliptical Marquee tool to select the sphere part, like this.

09: Click Select>Inverse (or SHIFT+CTRL+I) to select everything but the sphere. And hit backspace to delete it.

10: Click effects>Outer Glow and apply these settings

11: Click Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation (or CRTL+U). Apply these settings or other colors if you like.

And you should have something like this
