PHOTOSHOP>Rice Paper

00: Here we learn now to make a "Rice Paper" effect

01: Start by opening a new document I did 600x600 pixels

02: Make the background White. Set the forground color to #666666 and the background color to #FFFFFF.

03: Make a new layer, and select the brush tool and choose this brush at 100% opacity and flow.

04: Now hold the mouse 1 button down and use the brush in the new layer till it is covered like this. I just moved the mouse from side to side in the document till it was about filled.

05: Add Layer Style>Inner Glow and apply these settings:

06: This should get you something like this:

07: And thats about it, you can now add some chinese or whatever you want. I did this with it. Should mean good luck, but then again I don't know Chinese.
