00: In this tutorial i will show you how to make the hole effect above.

01: Start by opening a new document I did 300x300 pixels

02: Make the background white.

03: Make a small circle with the Elliptical Marquee Tool (shortcut M). Fill it with any color. Something like this.

04: Now select the background layer and a click Filter>Noise>Add Noise and apply these settings.

05: Duplicate the circle layer and in the top circle layer. Click Effects>Bevel and Emboss and apply these settings.

06: Click Effects>Gradient Overlay and apply these settings.

07: Now select the bottom circle layer and click Effects>Bevel and Emboss and apply these settings.

08: Click effects>Outer Glow and apply these settings

09: Click effects>Drop Shadow and apply these settings

10: Click effects>Stroke and apply these settings

And you should have something like this
